Not your average blue pencil session! Gail offers a full 45-minute long, one-on-one workshop. Use your blue pencil session to sample Gail's fiction mentorship or get feedback on a short story or chapter of your novel or memoir, your outline or synopsis, a grant project proposal, pitch package or creative writing program application. Or ask those pressing questions about the business aspects of the publishing industry.

How it works:
Click on the green button to purchase. We'll email you right back to schedule your blue pencil session. You'll submit up to 4,000 words of your project at least two days before your scheduled blue pencil session, to allow Gail time to critique your submission. You'll then meet Gail on Zoom for 45 minutes. Following the meeting, Gail will email detailed notes to you that will help you take your project and craft to the next level.
The blue pencil session works exactly like one session of a fiction mentorship. If you like what you see, you have the option of continuing your work with Gail through a four-month fiction mentorship.
When:
Purchase to register any time. We'll schedule your session right away! We can usually fit a blue pencil session into Gail's schedule within a week of purchase.
Cost:
One blue pencil session is $250 plus GST/HST (of your province).
